Free Shipping
We offer free shipping with your $50 minimum purchase within the continental U.S.A. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping rate of $10. All merchandise is carefully packaged and shipped using Priority mail. Tracking info will be provided once the order is in route. Shipping occurs within 1-3 business days.
Photos and Packaging
All photos are processed on photo lab digital imaging equipment using high-quality photographic paper. The shipping envelope contains thick cardboard to prevent bending and the photos themselves include a sleeve and backing board. The red watermark is removed from all photos.
Returns and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise within 14 days for a prompt refund to the original form of payment or an even exchange.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on merchandise not returned in the original condition.
To return an item, please notify us first via our contact form. We will respond within 24 hours regarding your request.

Can I return an item to Autographed Music Memorabilia and Gifts locally?
Returns can be accepted in the studio. Please contact us first to set up a time to visit us as our hours of operation vary. If you purchased merchandise online, you must return it in the same packaging.
Refunds:
Your refund will be processed within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
Autographed Music Memorabilia and Gifts reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for issues that may occur during the shipping process, such as delayed arrival.
In addition, if we ship your merchandise to the address you provided in your order and it gets returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you via email and not reship the merchandise until we receive a corrected shipping address from you.
If we reship the merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. You can always request a full refund should you decide that you do not want the merchandise reshipped.
